Cranial Sacral Massage

CranioSacral  Therapy is a gentle treatment that enhances the function of the
Cranio-Sacral system (head and vertabral column). Advanced theraputic techniques 
are used involving spinal mobilization, scapula manipu-lation and manual traction 
on the cervical,  thoracic and lumbar regions of the spine. This therapy encourages 
the body's natural healing systems to improve the operation of the central nervous 
system as well as dissapating the negative effects of stress.

Deep Tissue Massage

 The deep tissue massage uses a more agressive approach to relaxing and 
re-educating muscles to release the pattern of tension. Using a gradual increase in 
pressure the muscles will achieve the highest level of relaxation and circulation.

Foot Treatment
30 minutes

This deeply relaxing therapy includes a massage and a parafin treatment. Your feet 
will be renewed and refreshed. Once the nerve endings in your feet are stimulated,
